The Reconfigurable Computing and Applications Conference (JCRA’09) will be held the 9th edition in the Polytechnic School of Universidad de Alcalá, 9, 10 and 11 of Septiember=2009. The JCRA congress is a forum for discussion and cooperation of researchers and practitioners belonging to the area of reconfigurable systems and programmable logic devices for a productive exchange of ideas.

Adaptable systems, artificial vision, benchmarking, biologically inspired systems, computer arithmetics, cryptography, custom computers, custom DSPs, design methodology, digital signal processing, EDA tools, educational experiences, embedded processors, emulation, failure analysis and reliability, fault tolerant systems, FPGAin education, hw/sw co-design, high-speed techniques, IP cores, Java, Handel-C, System-C, low-power design, modelling and simulation, noise, radiation and EMC, physical design, platform-based design, reconfiguration, robotics, signal processing, software radio, synchronization, synthesis, system-level partitioning, test.
SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Spanish is the official language of the congress, although papers written and presented in English are welcomed. The work will have a length between 6 and 10 pages with the corresponding format.
JOURNAL PUBLICATION
In addition to the conference proceedings (with ISBN), the best papers will be sent in an extended English version, a special issue of the Journal of Systems Architecture, from Elsevier, or as a regular paper to the Journal of Universal Computer Science. Both journals are indexed in the Journal Citation Report in the Computer Science area. The articles will be published within the year 2010.
